CareLink360 Appoints Two Senior Executives to its Board of Advisors

Flemington, NJ - August 6, 2024 - CareLink360 today announced that Bart Oates, JD and Matthew Riccio Ph.D., veteran health, wellness and innovation, executives will join its Board of Advisors effective August 6. The additions to the CareLink360 Advisory Board, are well-respected senior executives with deep experience in the health and wellness industry through customer-facing and business-to-business companies and will assist CareLink360 in building out and scaling their global health and wellness solutions and eco-system for aging adults, family caregivers, families, healthcare professionals and care-teams.

About Bart Oates, JD

Bart Oates is currently Executive Director of CIT International, the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) program, a community partnership of law enforcement, mental health and addiction professionals and individuals who live with mental illness and/or addiction disorders, their families, and other partners to improve community responses to mental health crises. Prior to his Executive Director position at CIT International, Bart was President of the National Football League (NFL) Alumni Association advocating for former players to address issues that affect members as a result of being a professional athlete.

Prior to his role with the NFL Alumni Association, Bart spent 14 years playing in the NFL for the NY Giants and San Francisco 49ers.

About Matthew Riccio, Ph.D.

Matthew T. Riccio, MA, MPhil, PhD, is an expertly trained statistician, social psychologist and behavior-change researcher with more than fifteen years of combined research (UI/UX, quantitative/qualitative), data analytics, lab, and project management experience in private, public, industry and academic settings.

A former National Science Foundation (NSF) research fellow and faculty member at both New York and Columbia University, Matt specializes in both passive and behavioral measurement/data capture as well as the applied use of LLMs, ML, AI and advanced analytics for actionable insights and recommendations.

Matt’s areas of expertise include experimental design and research management; collecting and working with qualitative and quantitative data; using intensive and longitudinal research methods; aggregating, transforming and visualizing data; advanced statistical analyses and modeling; and delivering data-driven actionable insights, recommendations, and interventions.
