Arnie Creinin, Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Lifestyles Inc., will be inducted into the exclusive Hall of Fame by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). His expertise and extraordinary talents have afforded him this merit.

Mr. Creinin is being honored for his exceptional leadership in the property management industry for over two decades. Mr. Arnie Creinin has undoubtedly proven himself as accomplished and an expert in the field. Mr. Creinin serves as the CEO of Coastal Lifestyles Inc., located in South Padre Island Texas. Coastal Lifestyles Inc. specializes in luxury property management, concierge services and vacation rentals.

His impressive repertoire of prior roles includes his dedication to the hotel industry spanning three decades. Starting his career as a sous chef for the Americana Hotels in Palm Springs, Great Gorge, New Jersey, then promoted to Executive Chef in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and then Americana Disney Resort in Florida from 1980 to 1988. He was then made Executive Chef for the Kahler corporation in Rochester, Minnesota, adjacent to the Mayo Clinic from 1988 to 1992.

As the Executive Chef, he has the privilege of catering for distinguished guests such as President and Mrs. Reagan, President George Bush, His Royal Highness King Hussein of Jordan, and Her Majesty Queen Noor. Afterward, he worked at the Hilton in Destin, Florida, where he started as the Executive Chef. He was later promoted to Food and Beverage Director and eventually became the Hotel Manager, holding the position from 1992 to 2001.  He worked on consultancy and other projects until 2006. Mr. Creinin, the CEO of Coastal Lifestyles Inc., is committed to ensuring that all guests and customers have an exceptional experience that surpasses their expectations. In addition to finding a dream vacation property. Coastal Lifestyles Inc. offers and curates unique amenities such as pre-arrival shopping, babysitting, rental car options, and security services. Mr. Creinin is an active member of the National Association of Realtors. Since 2012, he has been actively involved with the South Padre Island Convention and Visitors Bureau. Mr. Creinin is also an entrepreneur who has recognized multiple opportunities in various industries throughout his combined 50 years of professional experience in the business.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Creinin was recognized nationally for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the property management industry. He has received awards and accolades and has been featured in many publications. Mr. Creinin received IAOTP’s Lifetime Achievement Award earlier this year. In 2022, he was selected as the Top CEO of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) and was featured on the renowned Planet Hollywood Billboard on the Las Vegas Strip. Recently, he was interviewed on TIP Radio (Top Industry Professional). Mr. Creinin will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award and be inducted into IAOTP’s Hall of Fame at the 2023 Annual Awards Gala in December at the iconic Plaza Hotel in NYC.

Looking back, Mr. Creinin attributes his success to his integrity, passion for excellence through his leadership and services, and the support he has received from his extremely talented wife: Debbie, the Co-Founder and COO of Coastal Lifestyles Inc. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
