New capabilities streamline credit report access, strengthen data security, and improve efficiency for lenders

Digital Matrix Systems, Inc. (DMS) today announced enhancements to its CreditBrowser® platform that expand batch processing capabilities and introduce a stacked report view for Social Security number (SSN) inquiries. The updates help lenders and financial institutions access and review credit bureau information more efficiently while strengthening reporting visibility and data security across common operational workflows.

Improving Efficiency for Credit Report Review

Financial institutions frequently access and review credit data to address consumer inquiries, investigate potential reporting discrepancies, and support internal operational processes. Accessing information across multiple credit bureaus can be time-consuming when data is delivered through separate interfaces or inconsistent report formats.

CreditBrowser® simplifies this process by presenting credit information in a consistent, easy-to-read format while enabling users to access data from multiple bureaus within a single interface. The newest platform enhancements further improve this experience by enhancing reporting visibility, strengthening data security, and streamlining common credit inquiry workflows.

Expanded Batch Processing and Report Visibility

The updated platform introduces enhanced batch processing capabilities that allow users to generate downloadable PDF output files after batch inquiries are completed. This functionality builds on existing batch submission features and allows teams to review and distribute reports more efficiently after processing.

The release also introduces stacked report views for SSN-based inquiries. Similar to the stacked views previously available for Subscriber Code reports, this feature enables users to review credit information from multiple bureaus within a single consolidated display. This approach simplifies cross-bureau comparison and helps accelerate report review.

The enhancements focus on improving efficiency, visibility, and security across common credit inquiry workflows. Key updates include:

  • Stronger protection for exported reports through encrypted downloadable output files
  • Faster access to updated credit data with a new “repull” option in the Application List that allows users to request a refreshed report without reopening the original file
  • Greater operational visibility with reporting totals available by data source and user without drilling into individual reports
  • Reduced input errors through field-level validation for city, state, and ZIP code entries
  • Improved navigation and workflow efficiency in the Application List through enhanced filtering and batch identification tooltips.

“These enhancements reflect our ongoing focus on making CreditBrowser® more efficient and intuitive for the teams who rely on it every day,” said Aaron Trentacosta, Chief Operating Officer for Digital Matrix Systems. “By expanding batch processing capabilities and making it easier to review information across multiple credit bureaus, we’re helping our clients review credit data faster while maintaining strong controls around security and data management.”
