Inaugural acquisition creates youth basketball content and premium events platform spanning middle school and high school athletics

The acquisition expands Prep Network’s growing basketball platform and creates a pathway for young athletes focused on access, competition and exposure to seamlessly continue their athletic journey from the middle school level into the high school ranks with Prep Hoops, Prep Network’s existing basketball content, rankings, and events brand.

Coast 2 Coast, which marks Prep Network’s inaugural acquisition, adds meaningful scale and reach to the Company’s basketball ecosystem, with plans for dozens of new showcases and tournaments in the coming year as a result of the combination.
