Veteran investment banker to support continued platform expansion and advance Eden’s network of long-term capital providers

Eden Global Partners ("Eden"), a merchant bank that specializes in providing long-term capital solutions, today announced that Thomas Dundon, former managing director in Bank of America Securities’ Private Capital and Family Office Investment Banking group, has joined the firm effective August 5, 2025. Based in the firm's New York headquarters, Mr. Dundon will leverage his decades of experience and extensive network to source and expand Eden’s relationships with long-term capital investment firms, family offices, and closely held enterprises worldwide.

Mr. Dundon brings to Eden nearly two decades of M&A advisory and capital raising experience, most recently serving as managing director in BofA Securities’ Private Capital and Family Office Investment Banking group in New York. Prior to that role, Mr. Dundon covered private equity firms in North America and Asia as a member of BofA Securities’ Financial Sponsors Group in New York and Hong Kong. During his 17 years with BofA Securities, Mr. Dundon completed advisory and financing engagements representing more than $100 billion in aggregate value, spanning M&A, public capital markets, and private capital transactions.

Mr. Dundon holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to research urban planning in the Nile Delta region and Cairo, Egypt.
