Arrive Home Achieves Record Growth on 3rd Anniversary
Affordable housing innovator now works with most of the nation’s leading mortgage lenders
National affordable housing innovator Arrive Home is pleased to announce that it now serves six of the nation’s top 10 mortgage lenders as it celebrates record growth upon its third-year anniversary.
The Utah-based company launched on August 23, 2022, to help underserved borrowers achieve homeownership through its down payment assistance and Earned Equity programs. The company quickly reached profitability and has seen revenue grow 30x since thanks to the successful adoption of its innovative programs designed to make homeownership more accessible.
In three years, Arrive home has helped nearly 13,000 Americans achieve homeownership, expanding its team 20-fold to accommodate demand. Just last month, the company connected with nearly 2,000 borrowers interested in using its products to purchase a home.
“Watching Arrive Home evolve from a small start-up with a bold vision into a thriving company supporting thousands of homebuyers nationwide has been incredibly fulfilling,” said Shawn King, Executive Vice President of National Sales and a co-founder of Arrive Home. “From the beginning, we believed in the value of our service — one that gives lenders the tools to serve more borrowers and unlock new opportunities for growth.”
Arrive Home first entered the market with its DPA program, which enables correspondent lenders to confidently deliver loans to responsible borrowers who qualify under FHA guidelines. The DPA product is paired with an FHA-insured first mortgage and provides borrowers access to a down payment ranging from 3.5% to 5% of the purchase price or appraised value of the home.
In April 2023, the company launched its Earned Equity Program. Designed to assist consumers who do not qualify for a traditional mortgage, the Earned Equity Program enables participants to enter into a homeownership agreement with monthly payments controlled by a 40-year Homeownership Agreement Amortization Schedule. This allows them to use and enjoy the home as their own, with the intention of eventually buying or assuming the property once they’ve improved their credit rating and eliminated other obstacles.
In May 2025, Arrive Home announced two new iterations of its Earned Equity Program, EEP Pathway for ITIN and certain Visa status individuals, and EEP DocLight for gig workers, first-time buyers and those who may not have qualified for a mortgage under traditional FHA guidelines.
“Arrive Home remains committed to developing innovative credit solutions for responsible borrowers in underserved communities,” added King. “We are thrilled to see the industry recognize and embrace the products we offer, and we look forward to continued growth in the years ahead as we find new ways to help aspiring homeowners achieve the American Dream.”
