The Board of Directors of Franklin Madison has appointed Andrea Heger as the company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Heger has been a pivotal leader at Franklin Madison for more than 11 years, playing a key role in the company’s growth and transformation. Her leadership has driven innovation, strengthened the company’s market presence, and delivered strong financial performance.

Heger succeeds Robert Dudacek, who has served as President and CEO since 2018 and has been with Franklin Madison for over 12 years. Dudacek will work closely with Heger to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition.
