The sale was made to a publicly traded real estate platform facilitated by a net lease brokerage firm, NNN Pro. United Global Development Company ("UGDC"), a New York City-based net lease development and construction management firm, provided the development services alongside its principal investment partners.

Parachute Plasma, an emerging concept in the plasma donation industry, focuses on both the welfare of plasma recipients and donors.
