The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Calibrated Healthcare, LLC (“Calibrated”) with respect to their recent data breach. On February 26, 2024, Calibrated became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident. Calibrated immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation concluded that an unauthorized party may have accessed certain individuals’ sensitive information on Calibrated’s network. On May 1, 2024, Calibrated began sending out notices to potentially impacted customers.
