The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Kingdom Trust with respect to their recent data breach. On or around March 1, 2024, Kingdom Trust became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Upon discovery, Kingdom Trust immediately launched an investigation into the incident. On August 1, 2024, after reviewing the impacted data gathered during the investigation, Kingdom Trust determined that certain individuals' sensitive and personal information was accessed. On August 21, 2024, Kingdom Trust began mailing notification letters to individuals they believe may have been affected.
