WSFS Announces Alyson Beasley Bradley as Senior Vice President, Chief Auditor; Jeffrey Goodman as Senior Vice President, General Counsel; and Frank McGrane as Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Credit Officer
WSFS Bank, the primary subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS), is pleased to announce the hires of Alyson Beasley Bradley as Senior Vice President, Chief Auditor; Jeffrey Goodman as Senior Vice President, General Counsel; and Frank McGrane as Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Credit Officer.
In her new role, Beasley Bradley will report to Christine Davis, Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. She will lead the Internal Audit Department and will oversee the continuous development and implementation of a comprehensive and effective internal audit program throughout the Company, including its subsidiary companies. In addition, she will work in partnership with WSFS’ Independent Public Accounting firm and assume a lead management role for the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
In his new role, Goodman will report to Lisa Washington, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and will serve as the primary support and advisor to the Commercial division.
In his new role, McGrane will report to Liam Brickley, Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, and will have a senior leadership role in Commercial and Consumer credit administration, approval and policy matters.

Prior to joining WSFS, Beasley Bradley served as Chief Audit Executive at Freedom Mortgage Corporation, where she developed and delivered internal audit strategy. The best practices she implemented there drove significant improvement in audit completion times and results.
Goodman joins WSFS with over 30 years of lending experience including with Santander Bank, GMAC Mortgage, Advanta, and in private practice. Most recently, he served as Contract Counsel at Wells Fargo where he assisted with an enterprise-wide lending and servicing compliance program applicable to the bank's products to reduce risk more efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining WSFS, McGrane served as Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for Citizens Bank N.A., where he managed a team that provided credit approvals and risk management oversight for the regional middle market and nonprofit loan portfolios across the franchise.
