Verint, General Dynamics Information Technology and Stanley Black and Decker Outdoor Recognized Among 2023 ICMI Global Contact Center Award Finalists

Verint® (NASDAQ: VRNT), The Customer Engagement Company, today announced that two of its customers, General Dynamics Information Technology and Stanley Black and Decker Outdoor, were named as finalists in the ICMI Global Contact Center Awards*. Verint Da Vinci™ Artificial Intelligence (AI) was also named a finalist in the Best New Technology Solution category.

The ICMI Awards recognize leading companies and individuals for their exceptional skills and achievements in the contact center and customer experience industry. The nominee finalists are as follows:

General Dynamics Information Technology, a distinguished global technology and professional services company delivering value and solutions across 30 countries worldwide, is among the finalists in the Best Strategic Value to the Organization category.
