The Terraces is situated on Broadway at the Highway 125 and 94 interchange in historic Lemon Grove, California, a vibrant city that exhibits small-town charm and boasts the “Best Climate on Earth.” The new community provides easy access to downtown San Diego and the area’s major employment centers as well as Cuyamaca College and Sharp Grossmont Hospital.
