SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA / ACCESS Newswire / November 4, 2026 / ACR Poker has released its November 4 software update, activating ScreenShield by default across Winning Poker Network (WPN) and introducing several player-facing improvements. The release adds an in-client assistant for desktop and mobile, revamped mobile navigation, more detailed cash-game filters, Spin 2 Get In XL tournament functionality and an additional card-deck design.

The new in-client assistant gives players a way to ask questions about client features and settings without leaving the software. Available on desktop and mobile, it can provide guidance on tasks such as locating language preferences, reducing the need to search through menus or consult separate instructions.

Mobile players will see a refreshed home screen divided into Fast Lane, Poker Central and Action Central. These areas help organize access to tournaments, Hold'em, Omaha and other destinations, including casino and sports. Updated cash-game filters let users narrow their choices by game type, betting structure, table size, stakes and additional preferences.

Spin 2 Get In XL is now part of participating tournament lobbies, with a spin-to-win panel alongside registration details. A compact version is available while a poker table is open, keeping tournament-entry opportunities accessible during play. The available offers and amounts depend on the opportunity displayed in the client.

For table customization, the release introduces an Ace card-deck design alongside the existing Classic option. Players can also select among existing two-color, four-color and full-color card appearances and different card backs.

ScreenShield is designed to keep protected table content, including hole cards, from appearing through supported screen-capture and screen-sharing methods. Players can see their cards and play normally, but the feature adds a barrier against certain forms of external capture. Previously enabled for selected players or on request, it is now active for everyone by default. WPN made the change amid concerns about remote-access tools and the possibility of information exposure if devices are compromised.

Players who intentionally stream, record or share screens retain the ability to disable ScreenShield. The feature is not a guarantee against all cybersecurity threats; WPN continues to use broader security and Game Integrity measures. Those initiatives include cooperation with GTO Wizard on game integrity analysis.

A full description of the November 4 changes is available in the official software update overview.
