viso.md runs a founder-led growth (FLG) strategy with Cassio Kiles as the public face. He creates long-form video and written content about AI, work and business, sharing what the team is testing, what fails and what still needs a better question. Distribution spans YouTube long form as the hub, with cuts for Instagram, TikTok and Shorts, so the same learning loop reaches founders, executives and HICs.

Lab and Always On

At the center of that obsession is Lab visão.md (https://visao.md/lab/), a public space for research, experiments and perspectives on AI, work and business.
