Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 17, 2006, the Company issued a press release entitled ThermoGenesis Corp. to
Announce Second Quarter Results on February 8, 2006 (Press Release). A copy of the release is
attached as Exhibit 99.1.
