NETANYA, Israel, August 4, 2017 – Earlier today, a Form 6-K containing draft information concerning our financial results for the second quarter of 2017, which has not been approved by the Board of Directors of Cellcom Israel Ltd., was submitted to the SEC's EDGAR system in error. Please disregard that Form 6-K. Cellcom Israel did not authorize its submission or dissemination. Cellcom Israel will publish its approved results for the second quarter of 2017 as soon as practicable.
