RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION On February 1, 2006, the Company reported a net loss of $9.7 million, or $.19 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2005, as compared to a net earnings of $5.1 million, or $.10 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2004. Net sales for the fourth quarter increased to $268.4 million from $262.4 million in 2004. The Company also reported a net loss of $19.5 million, or $.38 per share, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005, as compared to net earnings of $20.4 million, or $.39 per share, for the 2004 fiscal year. Net sales for 2005 were $1,097.1 million compared to $1,040.7 million in 2004.
