On October 22, 2018, the employment of Michelle Rice, Senior Vice President, Chief Stores Officer with Christopher & Banks Corporation ended.

No material plan, contract or arrangement to which Ms. Rice is a party or in which she participates was entered into or amended in connection with her separation from service.
