regarding the filing of a Form 15 by the Company:

TRANSTECH INDUSTRIES, INC. DEREGISTERS MAY 13, 2010

	PISCATAWAY, N.J., May 13, 2010 - Transtech Industries, Inc. (OTC
BULLETIN BOARD and OTCQB: TRTI) confirms that it filed a Form 15 with the
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 13, 2010, and as a result
will no longer be required to file periodic reports with the Commission.
