In accordance with the provisions of Article 44 in the General Banking Law, Banco Santander-Chile informs that in the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on April 23, 2019, Mr. Rodrigo Echenique Gordillo and Mr. Rodrigo Vergara Montes were definitively appointed as Directors, and Mr. Oscar von Chrismar was appointed as Alternate Director.
