Mr. Superintendent:

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 and the provisions of Article 147 of Law 18,046, we report that in ordinary session yesterday, the Board of Banco Santander - Chile approved the following technology service contracts with the related company Isban:

1.Technology services contract referred to Project Orion APPS Approval of Invoices and Liquidation of Employee Expenses and BAU Support.
2.Technology services contract for the Evolution and Improvement of the Onboarding Program; Objective Market Identification; New Card Printing Functions in Branches; and New Onboarding Validation Requests.
3.Technology services contract for (11) evolving maintenance services of other systems and software already contracted by the Bank.

In relation to the operations, Directors Claudio Melandri Hinojosa, Oscar von Chrismar Carvajal, Orlando Poblete Iturrate, Lucía Santa Cruz Sutil, Juan Pedro Santa María Pérez, Ana Dorrego de Carlos, Andreu Plaza López, Félix de Vicente Mingo, Alfonso Gómez Morales, Raimundo Monge Zegers and Blanca Bustamante Bravo, expressed the convenience for the Bank in contracting these services, with pricing, terms, and conditions similar to those prevailing in the market, and in accordance with the favorable report of the Director Committee and Audit Committee of the Bank.
