Financial Institutions, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that the annual meeting of the Company’s shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Company’s headquarters, located at 220 Liberty Street in Warsaw, New York. The record date for the Annual Meeting is Monday, April 22, 2019.
On March 28, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing the date, time and location of the Annual Meeting. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the current report on Form 8-K.
