Other Events.

On May 1, 2019, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has acquired Rockall Technologies Limited, a provider of securities-based lending and collateral management solutions for wealth management firms and commercial banks. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
