(“Company”) (NYSE: CPL, BM&FBOVESPA: CPFE3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general about the correction of the Payment Date informed in the Notice to Shareholders disclosed on September 10, 2013 and published on September 11, 2013 (“Previous Notice to Shareholders”), from September 30, 2013 to October 01, 2013.
Therefore, the first paragraph of the Previous Notice to Shareholders takes effect with the following text: “CPFL Energia S.A.
