MEXICO CITY, MEXICO, March 12, 2010.– AMÉRICA MÓVIL, S.A.B. DE C.V. (“AMX”) (BMV: AMX; NYSE: AMX; Nasdaq: AMOV; LATIBEX: XAMXL) announced today that it has filed via EMISNET definitive non-audited financial information as of December 31, 2009. Non-audited numbers previously filed by AMX corresponding to said fiscal year in connection with operating revenues, operating costs and operating income do not vary. After consultation with AMX’s external auditors, we updated the item of tax benefits from amortization of tax losses of foreign subsidiaries which resulted in an increase of 6,419 million Mexican pesos in the net income of the period. The aforementioned does not alter in any manner the financial information furnished to date with respect to AMX’s operating activities and its cash flow.
