Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 5, 2018, Apogee Enterprises, Inc., (the Company), announced a restructuring in its architectural glass segment involving the closure of its architectural glass plant in St. George, Utah and the Company will be taking a restructuring charge of approximately $4.5 million during its fiscal 2018 fourth quarter primarily related to the plant closure.
