On September 15, 2015, executive officers of Albemarle Corporation (the “Company”) will provide a detailed review of the Company’s key business strategies for its lithium business at a “Lithium Day” event held at its facilities in Kings Mountain, NC. The presentation to be used during the event is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. The review will also be available via webcast from 8:45a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EDT. Interested parties may register for the webcast through the Investors section of the Company’s website at www.albemarle.com.
