On February 13, 2014, Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation (“Navios Acquisition”) issued a press release announcing its public offering of 12,000,000 shares of common stock. On February 14, 2014, Navios Acquisition issued a press release announcing the pricing and the upsizing of the offering to 13,000,000 shares of common stock.
