The aggregate market value of the registrant’s common stock held by non-affiliates of the registrant as of May 31, 2003, the last business day of the Company’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter, based on the closing sale price of $5.18 as reported by the Nasdaq National Market on May 30, 2003, was approximately $56,442,477.
