On September 29, 2015, Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the six months ended June 30, 2015. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report. A copy of the Company’s Second Quarter 2015 Supplemental Analyst Package referenced in such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this current report.
