Item 5.03. Amendments to Bylaws
On May 18, 2010, the Board of Directors of The First of Long Island Corporation (the “Corporation”) amended Article III, Section 4, of the Corporation’s bylaws to add a new subsection (d) that provides that a person who has reached age seventy-five (75) as of the last day of the calendar year preceding an annual meeting of shareholders may not be nominated to run for election or re-election at such annual meeting.
