Flushing Financial Corporation, the parent holding company for Flushing Savings Bank, FSB, announced on November 17, 2009 that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.13 per common share, payable on December 30, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2009.
