Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.

STS Partners LLP, Chartered Accountants, the independent accountant who had been engaged by Ableauctions.com, Inc. (the “registrant”) as the principal accountant to audit the registrant’s consolidated financial statements, was dismissed effective June 19, 2008.  On June 19, 2008, the registrant’s Board of Directors approved the engagement of Cinammon Jang Willoughby & Company, Chartered Accountants as the registrant’s new principal independent accountant to audit the registrant’s consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2008.

The decision to change the registrant’s independent accountant from STS Partners LLP, Chartered Accountants to Cinammon Jang Willoughby & Company, Chartered Accountants was approved by the Audit Committee of the registrant’s Board of Directors.

The report of STS Partners LLP, Chartered Accountants on the financial statements of the registrant as of and for the year ended December 31, 2007 (the only year that was audited by STS Partners LLP, Chartered Accountants) did not contain an adverse opinion, or a disclaimer of opinion.  During the period ended December 31, 2007 and the interim period from January 1, 2008 through the date of dismissal, the registrant did not have any disagreements with STS Partners LLP, Chartered Accountants on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which disagreements, if not resolved to the satisfaction of STS Partners LLP, Chartered Accountants, would have caused it to make a reference to the subject matter of the disagreements in connection with its reports.

Prior to engaging Cinammon Jang Willoughby & Company, Chartered Accountants , the registrant had not consulted Cinammon Jang Willoughby & Company, Chartered Accountants , regarding the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, completed or proposed, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the registrant’s financial statements.
