WPX Energy, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Seville I Room, Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center, 6808 South 107th East Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133, at 9:30 a.m. Central Time. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations. The Board recommends a vote FOR all nominees, and FOR Proposals 2 and 3: 1.
