On February 25, 2010, the registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and the year ended December 31, 2009. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

The dividend is payable on March 31, 2010 to stockholders of record as of March 15, 2010.
