On March 13, 2017, Edward F. Crawford provided notice to Materion Corporation (the “Company”) that he would not stand for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company at its 2017 annual meeting of shareholders.  The Company thanks Mr. Crawford for his valuable service and guidance provided to the Board.
