Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 27, 2016, Materion Corporation issued a press release disclosing that its Board declared a dividend of $0.095 per share with a record date of November 10, 2016 and a payment date of November 24, 2016. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the payment date of the dividend will be November 23, 2016.
