On February 23, 2007, the Company determined the annual cash bonus payable to the Company's named executive officers, other than the chief executive officer, for their fiscal 2006 performance under the terms of the bonus formulas set in 2006 under the Company's Management By Objective Plan, which was adopted by the Company in 2000.
