Additional time is required in order to complete the Company's Report on Form 10-QSB, to finalize the June 30, 2005 financial statements and the review of the Report and financial statements by the Company's independent public accountants. It is anticipated that the Form 10-QSB Quarterly Report, along with the unaudited financial statements, will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Registrant's Form 10-QSB.
